Rob & Jo were guests at one of our last weddings from the winter of 2013. They had came to us requesting coverage for their renewal of wedding vows and to make the day even more special it was to be Jo's birthday!
The day started off at Jo's house, where the sun was shining and Joe enjoyed the morning surrounded by her closest friends, her two daughters and one very proud mum. As the cork popped from the bottle of prosecco, the laughter and fun filled the garden which made our job of capuring those special natural moments all the better. As the bride prepared for her big day, Rob and his closest friends and father-in-law headed off for pre-nup drinks and nibbles at The Barge Restuarnt in Maidstone. The guys enjoyed a laid back morning, exchanging tales of old times and toasting to the future, again, capturing these natural shots were easy.
At 3 o'clock the guests started arriving at the Archbishops Palace and Jo arrived in style. The ceremony, held in an imitate, beam glad room, went off without a hitch as Jo and Rob exchanged vows and signed their declaration of marriage. The backdrop at Archbishops Palace is staggering and made the group shots and romantics really special.
The reception was held at the Orchard Spot in Maidstone, Kent. Rob and Jo had hired a fantastic solo artist singing hits from the Sinatra era which had guests up and dancing even half way through their meal.
Rob and Jo love dancing, so as the evening progressed and the party came in to full swing, a Scar band by the name of Tootenscarmen had the dancing floor bouncing and the party came alive.
The day was perfect, a couple madly in love and renewing their vows, friends and family enjoying the day and a day that was packed with love, laughter and the making of some great memories, here are just a few of our favourite photos.
